The Role: 

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Medallion, you'll spearhead the growth plan, combining web3 marketing strategies with traditional performance marketing to acquire new customers for the Medallion network. This role demands a basic understanding of blockchain technology and a keen interest in the latest growth marketing techniques. You will be instrumental in shaping the growth journey of an ambitious product within a supportive and innovative brand development venture studio.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a multi-channel, multi-market growth strategy in line with the Medallion brand and commercial objectives.

  • Launch and manage cost-effective customer acquisition campaigns using web3 marketing and traditional performance marketing techniques, building brand awareness in the customer engagement/loyalty industry.

  • Devise and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies across platforms like Meta & TikTok to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Deliver a Paid Channel strategy that supports business goals, demonstrates tangible ROI, and achieves new customer targets.

  • Organize and coordinate brand campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and industry marketing opportunities.

  • Build a robust network of partners and key opinion leaders in the loyalty and emerging technology industry.

  • Work closely with the Creative team to ideate ad creative concepts, produce channel-specific content, and collaborate with influencers.

  • Manage the digital ad testing plan, including setup, management, and reporting on creative tests.

  • Use data analytics tools to track marketing performance, analyze customer behavior, and identify trends.

  • Optimize marketing campaigns, improve conversion rates, and increase customer lifetime value through data-driven insights.

  • Create tailored landing pages to enhance on-site conversion metrics.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a growth marketing role, preferably in a SaaS business with a B2B2C business model.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in building, growing, and managing projects within the specified domain.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with an ability to strategize, analyze, and execute effectively.

  • Expertise in building models, measuring outcomes, and assessing the impact of marketing initiatives.

  • Self-motivated, structured, and autonomous, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and distributed work environment.

  • Proficiency in Meta, TikTok, and other key digital marketing platforms.
